Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is a kind of composite material widely used in construction, decoration and industry, which is made of multi-layer materials through high temperature and high pressure composite process. The following is a detailed introduction of its core features and applications

Surface
Made of high quality aluminum alloy plate (thickness usually 0.06~0.50mm of 1100 aluminum) with coated surface (e.g. fluorocarbon, polyester) to provide weather resistance and color diversity.

Intermediate layer
Polyethylene (PE) or fireproof core material (e.g. mineral fiber), giving the boards lightweight, cushioning and thermal insulation properties. Fire resistant products can reach A2 (non-combustible) or B1 (flame retardant) standards.

Bonding layer
The polymer bonding film ensures a strong bond between the aluminum layer and the core material, enhancing the overall strength.
